Brand Identity
Rebrand
Banana House is a boutique café brand that celebrates handcrafted, artisanal baked goods with a warmer, more approachable identity. The redesign balances familiarity with a more elevated and cohesive visual system, including a refined logo suite and consistent branding across packaging, social media, and in-store experiences. The result is a polished yet familiar brand that feels inviting, consistent, and ready for everyday customer touchpoints.

Role

Brief
Banana House needed a refreshed brand identity that feels modern, elevated, and more cohesive while improving overall visual consistency.
Problem
The challenge was to evolve the existing identity without losing recognisability, ensuring key elements from the original design were retained to maintain familiarity with existing customers.
Exploration

Final
A refreshed identity that feels both new and familiar, more polished, cohesive, and ready to live consistently across packaging, social media, and the café space. The final direction was chosen as it best balanced clarity and character by moving away from a literal “house” concept towards a simplified continuous loop form that feels more modern and intentional. While more structured, it retains a soft hand-drawn texture to preserve warmth and avoid a corporate feel. The enclosed badge system also proved the most versatile, working effectively across stamps, stickers, signage, and digital applications.
